RRC Mobility is a family-led relocation consulting firm founded by Brian and Jocelyn Rothschild, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in Kansas City and a shared passion for helping people feel supported through every stage of a move. With over 15 years of experience in global logistics and mobility strategy, we offer flexible, personalized solutions that include policy development, budgeting, vendor coordination, and full-service move management. As a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), Brian leads with hands-on expertise, while Jocelyn brings operational strength and a focus on the client experience. Together, we’ve built RRC Mobility to serve organizations that value efficiency, trust, and a human-first approach to relocation.

Brian brings over 15 years of experience in global logistics, relocation program management, and strategic operations. He is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) with a track record of managing over $10 million in freight spend and leading high-performing teams across international markets. Known for his hands-on leadership and solution-focused mindset, Brian founded RRC Mobility to provide companies with a smarter, more personal approach to relocation consulting.

Jocelyn supports all areas of the business, from day-to-day operations to client experience and behind-the-scenes coordination. With a background in customer service, marketing, and small business ownership, she is passionate about keeping things organized and making every interaction feel thoughtful and personalized. Jocelyn brings strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service to every move the team supports.
